One of the biggest worries when purchasing from a Chinese supplier, especially for the first time, is that when the flooring arrive - it's not what you wanted. Our samples procedure takes away that worry completely!

Following your inquiry we will first ensure we understand your requirements COMPLETELY - what materials are acceptable/not acceptable; what finish is required; what packaging is preferred etc.

We would then supply you with one or more choices of flooring sample. these samples would be yours to confirm which one you are happy with us to proceed with - both product type and supplier.

Taking into account your comments regards that sample's quality , we would then supply a sample which is tailor made on your requirement if you have. Should you require a logo branding or bespoke packaging with your company details or text, we would ordinarily show this separately.

Only when you are happy with the confirmed sample, with product quality and with finish, would we look to place official order with the factory. Before shipment you will then receive production samples which will be 'exactly as you should expect to receive order'. production samples serve two purposes - a final check to ensure product is as expected; and as a contrast samples which we encourage you to use when your goods arrive. Our trained and diligent QA team uses this final production sample when inspecting goods before they leave the manufacturer. If it doesn't match up, it will not ship.

Production Inspection Process:

Should your products require testing and certification to comply with international standards (EN, DIN, ANSI, ASME, etc.), we can arrange this with independent, fully recognized testing companies such as SGS, Intertec, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register or the testing company of your choice.

Many flooring buyers needs a production of flooring display rack, flooring display boards, hand boards, catalogue including all kinds of items for which related to floor covering product promotion. We are happy to offer of sample rack, sample boards and promotion product design and production.

We know that warehouse space can be expensive around the world. We also know that, for one reason or another, factories often ask for a larger minimum order quantity than you would necessarily want to ship at one time.

We can help by operating split shipments. Meet the factory minimum order quantity but ship it in 2 or 3 shipments with required gaps between. This allows you to move stock through your business without taking up space and capital. We know that you don't always want to buy a full container of goods from individual factories, and nobody wants to be shipping air.

We can consolidate your smaller orders from multiple factories, delivering all at the same time to you or your customers, using the most cost-effective route available. At the time of order placement, we will detail back to you the volume of each component part and agree with you what size container will be used.

We can offer the complete package from concept to delivery; arranging everything up until the point your product arrives at your own door or distribution hub.
